Hi Gurus, I have just purchased a HDB unit with HDB doing most of the legal work on my behalf. I have gone through the first appointment and am due for the 2nd next month. However I just received a Caveat Lodged from SLA. It refers to me as Mortgagee and a Caveat has been lodged against me with the parties Caveator as HDB. Is this normal ? Me being buyer and referred to as Mortgagee and HDB being the Caveator ?
