Hi gurus, I downgrading my flat, so under going selling and buying process, I / my agent have difficulties to submit defer letter , which need to request seller agree to postpone 1 week in order have enough time for money refund and withdraw by HDB again. Seller and their agent was keep delaying this, and no respond. Can help to advise me what can / should I do now. It already drag for Abt 3 weeks time. Thanks

I think this timeline should be planned ahead, before you even OTP for the purchase. You might want to check with your Agent to see how he/she had planned this timeline for you?
