Hi gurus i am thinking to buy reasonably priced studio or 1 bedroom 400k to 500k new launch condo near mrt for investment or otherwise.Am i allowed to buy resale hdb during the construction period of the condo? Will have sufficient cpf/cash if i sell my current property to finance both.
