Potential of enbloc for Orchid Park Condo has been discussed for sometime but yet to materialise. If your unit can fetch the price of your expectation, why do you want to wait for enbloc? Yes, you may stand a chance to make more profit for enbloc, but if the enbloc happens only a few years down the road, you can actually make use of the sales proceeds now and invest into something else, which would make up for the potential difference in profit you would have made for the enbloc.
