Hi Guru's,

I am moving to Singapore in Nov 2014. I would require 1 or 2 BHK or HDB or condo with kitchen in a decent residential area. THe unit should be good, big and clean and we intend to keep it like that.Me and my wife would living in the place and cooking would be done. Will ensure no food smell persists in the apartment after cooking.
Kindly let me know in case any unit is present and what would be the cost per month and advance costs.

Dear Shubham,

2 BHK condo will probably be at least $2800 while a 2 BHK HDB will probably be $2200 for something clean and decent.     Thanks for the response. I think I would prefer a HDB. My budget is around 1000 to 1500 SGD.

Hi Shubham,

Thanks for the reply. Ideally, $1500 will probably allow you to consider a fully furnished bedroom with an attached bathroom, but it is likely to be on an apartment sharing basis. If you are able to improve the budget by $500, perhaps I can still find you an apartment by yourself but do not expect the apartment to be nicely done up and with facilities.
