Hi gurus, i am looking for 3 bedder in Sanctuary Green. the last transacted is at $1200psf. with the recent dropped in transacted volume and also the TDSR.. is there any serious seller seriously wanting to sell their units or just ppl trying to achieve record sales only?

Hi You still can find a decent 3BR size in Sanctuary Green asking for $1200psf. Layout is very functional and has a decent facing of the pool. Units are away from the expressway.
