I am interested in the upcoming EC which is going to be launched in May/June 2013 by Hao Yuan Investments @ Pasir Ris Dr3, which is next to WaterColors.
Our combines income is $600 more than the income ceiling, however we have recurring medical bills which we hoped can be used to appeal.
Question - can we start to write in to HaoYuan to appeal now, even though the EC has not been launched? I have rung up HDB, and was told i have to appeal to the developer directly.
Prefer to know our chances of appeal now, than upon EC is launched. If our appeal is not successful, at least can ask Missus to go and shake leg for 3months 1st.
