Hi JA,

What is your concern in knowing the current estimated price now if you are looking at selling early next year?

Property prices will differ quite a fair bit within half year therefore it will be good if you can sell now if price is correct, however, without knowing your exact unit details, there is no way I can advise the estimated price.
