Most agency level seminars are more on superficial level of what is available (trainings and etc.) that company provide and are likely similar to one another if we are talking about established agencies. These could be the advantages established agencies have over smaller agencies, however, as real estate is more of a people's business, that personal touch between the leader and their associates is also critical in nurturing successful realtors.
The only aspect you probably may want to take note is that in terms of recruitment, there is always either a team builder or a recruiter. Team builder has plans to build and benefit their associates, spend time mentoring and even getting on the ground together with their associates in the business to stay relevant with the consumer behaviour. Recruiter basically recruit in numbers and allow their associates to swim or sink by themselves.
