Hi Gurus, I am an expat. I am looking to buy a condo which is ready to move in by Mar 2013. I can afford 200K cash. Can I avail 80% loan. Would be good if I get a 2 BHK. What would be rental yield in case if I am moving to other places short term or long term ? Please suggest Gurus !

Hi, you can get 80% financing, subject to this being your first mortgage, and loan assessment per your income and current liabilities. Pls contact me so I can refer you to a good mortgage banker.

For $1mil, you can definitely get a 2BR, question is, where would you like to stay?

Cheers,

Hi do email or msg me and I will provide you a list of bankers to discuss the loan matters. Usually no issue with 80% loan if you have no other mortgage.

Rental yield for residential properties in Singapore is usually 3%. For commercial or other firesale properties it may be higher.

Your budget is decent for a 2 bedroom depending on the location you prefer. Do contact me and we can discuss a condo suitable for your needs.

My email is property.alex.khoo@gmail.com and number is 91178727  .
