The initial cash outlay for PR is as such:
Assuming 80% bank loan,
20% Cash ( 5% Cash & 15% CPF)
3% Buyer Stamp Duty
5% ABSD
Approx $3k legal fees

-Monthly installment = depends on Purchase Price
-Annual cost would be property tax
