Hi gurus, I am a single female, SIN, looking at 2 bedrooms (or 1 bedroom + 1 study room) EC or private condo TOP in mid 2012 ard S$650K in the East. Any recommendation?

I have never purchase HDB flat before. Am i eligible for any 1st timer grant? Can i use all the saving in my CPF OA to pay for the downpayment?

Is there agent fee involved?
