Hi Gurus, I am a singaporean and my wife is indonesian holding a LTVP. For new BTO i will only be able to buy 2 room HDB? If I have a singaporean child, only then I can buy a 4 room BTO hdb?

You can do eligibility check on the HDB website by answering the questions listed there.
