Hi Guru's,
I am a Singapore PR but my husband is not. We intend to buy a condo in Singapore. Could you please let us know an average price (range) for a 2BR condo in Clementi/Jurong Area? Are we eligible to buy EC? Price range for a resale EC? Thanks in advance for the advice

Hi virgo88,

Depending on the type of condo you are looking at in terms of age and tenure, price variation is pretty big. Why not let the banker assess on your financial health in order to determine the range of property you are comfortable in purchasing such that you do not overstretch your wallet.
