From your experiences and statistics, what are the key factors for rent-ability of condos?

1) Near MRT?
2) Near good schools?
3) In prime districts 9, 10, 11
4) Popularity with expats?
5) Near SG key development areas such as NUS?

You have a good idea of some of the key factors. But having covered that if the property checks all those in the list, the price will also be a premium. What are your plans and objectives? That should be the starting point of your consideration.
