Hi Gurus, am currently looking to buy a sun plaza private apartment, mid floor pool view unit at 1313 sqft. The last transacted price in Oct 11 was 980k (717 psf) for the highest floor pool view unit at 1313 sqft. My question is what's the reasonable psf we should look at if we are seriously considering the mid floor pool view unit? Is the asking price of 1.05 mil too high to even consider? A check with 2 banks for rough valuation is at 950k & 1.05 mil respectively. Your help to answer the questions is very much appreciated. Tks.
