Hi Gurus, (A) My friend advised me to look for condo which the project is big enough to enjoy more facilities (bigger pool, etc) and avoid fluctuating maintenance fee (as shared by more people, so more stable). Is it true? If it is, while I search, how many units should I view? For example, Thomson V 2 with 122 units is considered big and with good facilities? How much is the maintenance fee per month given a 1-bedder? (B) I have obtained IPA from DBS that I can afford up to $1.5mil property (loan $1.2mil), but I only aim to get $1mil property to avoid over-burden. I am looking for Bishan area (near ShunFu), any recommendation? Couple staying, prefer a readily available or max TOP 2014... Thanks in advance.

Dear owner, My unit at Thomson V One is only asking $650k despite a bank indicative valuation of $700k. Quarterly management fees at $479.40 which is very affordable. This unit is a 420sqf unit with 1 bedroom. Are you keen to make arrangements for viewing?
