Hi Guru,my brother is a fresh discharge from bankruptcy,need to enquiry a few question..1) were he able to insert his name as a co owner to a condo unit bought 15 month ago bought under his wife as a single owner so that he can utilize his cpf for current loan finance ? 2) is there any legal charges eg stamp duty ,assd,legal fee & etc? The loan was a 2 years lock in from bank..tnks
