hi guru, would like to know usually how soon will the last 15% of the progressive payment be collected. 1 yrs after TOP of the project? thank you.

it is not guaranteed 1 years or 12 months upon TOP.

Upon the transfer of title deed, you will have to pay the remaining 15%. likely in 6-8 months time frame.
