Hi guru, where can we lodge a complain if landlord is being unreasonable during handover? They want to charge us on things such as marble floor polishing & Air con repair even though we have done all the things cleaning that are started in the agreement. We even go extra by doing parquet polishing for 2 of the rooms which we have damaged.
