Hi Guru,
We have just bought a inter-terrace(FH)Landed property through your Web-site. It stated the Land-area(2000 Sq.fts approx)&
Built-in area(3000 Sq.fts approx).
The agent told us the same during the viewing and we purchased the house.
To our great surprise & disappointment, the Valuation report from the bank (valuer appointed by the Bank)stated that the house was only 223sq.m approx.(including coveredcarporch/terrace/wet kitchen,as measured on site).
We would like to seek your advice,should we seek legal redress for mis-presentation or any appropriate action?
