Renting Property

Hi Guru! We are looking to rent a unit where we can live and run a small consultancy (ie SOHO). Could you publish what buildings meet this criteria? There is a lot of confusion since some buildings seem to be for both residential and/or commercial purposes. Having trouble figuring it all out. Thanks!
