Hi Guru,
Upon a resale completion,after being completed 1st inspection check that has been done by HDB checklist officer. And the 2nd final re-inspection of the buyer.Seller KITCHEN WALL TILES tends to fall off.
Q1. Does Seller need to inform buyer?
Q2. Does Seller do no need to do anything on his side?

inform the seller that you are not accepting the condition of the 'kitchen condition now' and different from what you have seen before.
Inform the town and hdb officer of you disapointment.. Read More
