Hi Guru,

My monthly income is $2800 with 13months AWS and my saving is $300k. My affordable mortgage loan should not be more than $900/mth. So based on my current situation now, am I sufficient to purchase a freehold property?

Evening Joanne,

You will be stretching your limit, with purchase of FH condo. Why not take a look at LH condo? Their pricing are more affordable and their resale price may not lose out to those of FH.

There are FH properties that are suitable to your budget however it would be better if you could highlight your preference for location and the unit size (no. of bedrooms)
