Hi Guru,

My friend & I (both Singaporeans) intend to buy a private property together. We do not own any other properties currently.

Are we able to pay 5% cash + 15% use both our CPF, and the balance take up bank loan for such joint-tenancy?

Thank you for the help :D

Morning DL,

Technically, you are eligible to get 80% loan, where 5% cash and 15% CPF are payable as deposit. However, such statement only apply if your credit and income status are good and that you have enough CPF for the 15%.
