Hi Guru,
My family bought a condo last year and i loaned 200k for the unit. Now that i wish to buy a HDB, can i remove my ownership from the condo and leave my parents' name on the condo?
Will there be a high cost involved?
Can i continue to pay for the condo with my CPF after removing my ownership?
