Assuming that you are buying a property valued and priced at $600k, the total stamp duty payable is $42,600. Only the standard stamp duty are payable by CPF while ABSD will have to be paid by cash.

You will be subject to estimated 3% buyer's stamp duty and 5% additional buyer's stamp duty as SPR.

BSD - $12.6k (CPF/ cash)
ABSD - $ $30k (Cash)

Hi,

As per discussed Stamp Duties are approx 8% on purchase price of condo, ie 42,600

Hence the total funds required within 8 weeks will be approx 28%, or $162,600 (cash n cpf combination) if you can get 80% loan.

Santorini Tampines 1bedder is going around 600K.
