Dear sir/madam, This is a no brainer as it has already been reported in the newspaper that resale price index and dipped a little. 1 reason of this phenomenon is that home owners in Punggol have already purchased an EC or private property where TOP is soon therefore they will need to sell their current place before they can take over possession of their new place, which results in the urgency to sell. There are also plenty of units for sale in the market resulting in more supply than demand, thus the next best option for homeowners will be to slash prices.
