As you are married, you have to include your wife in the purchase application in order to be eligible.
If she is SPR, you will be eligible under public scheme. You can include your son as occupier.
If she is foreigner, you are eligible under non citizen spouse scheme. Do take note that under this scheme, only your income will be taken into mortgage consideration.

So for family nucleus, there will be minimum age?
For example, I am SC, my wife is not, but our new-born son is SC, so are we qualified under Resale HDB > "Public Scheme" ?
