Hi Guru, if I want to rent out my 3 Bdrms + 1 Study condo some time in Dec'12/Jan'13, when is the best time to look for an agent? Rgds michelle

Hi Michelle,

It would be best to market the unit around 4-6 weeks in advance. If your unit is fully furnished and in a "move-in" condition, the time taken would be considerably lesser.
