New Launch payment mode as per follow:

Day1: 5% (Cash)
Week8: 15% (cash) note: this wont be cpf becos of u taking 50% for 2nd loan

Unless you are able to fully pay your existing loan, u can be eligible for 80% loan. SO 5% cash, and 15% cash/cpf after setting aside minimum sum $74,000 each for you and husband

If status quo, you are only eligible for 50% loan. So you initial downpayment has to be 25% cash, with the remainder 25% to be cash/cpf
