Hi Guru,

I would like to invest in private property. Looking for a 750K to 800K, 2 bed rooms unit (750sqf to 1200sqf). Is there such unit?

What will be the rental yield and any other additional yearly expense I need to take care of for the investment other than monthly mortgage payment?

I have anew launch near Kovan MRT,Kovan Grandeur,2 bedroom unit price from $5xx K, 3 bedrooms unit price from $7xx K only..TOP 2012..

The other expenses that you need to consider is the maintanence fee & property tax..Kindly contact me for further discussion.Thanks
