I recently signed a LOI and paid the Landlord's agent a cash deposit (=<1/2 month). The tenancy agreement that is now to hand has several distinct differences from the agreed LOI. While my agent assures me that he can argue the Landlord's agent out of these points, we are now no longer intersted in pursuing with this lease/apt.
Can you tell me where we stand in relation to our cash deposit?
