Hi Guru, I need some help here. I owned a 5yrs MOP HDB and is fully paid. Totally no have intention of selling as intend to rent out to supplement my income for the next property.
Currently, I have $250k spare cash on hand and wanted to invest in a condo that is next to MRT and hopefully near town. However, I need a 3 bed room and preferably a BUC condo that TOP in 2013/2014.
My total household income is 22k without any existing liability.
Hope Gurus can give me some light.
