As SC resale buyer, both of you will be entitled to $15k grant each, if your combined income does not exceed $10k. And if you are taking HDB loan, you will be able to obtain max of 90% loan.

Good evening Jack,

If both of you or at least one of you are SC, you can apply for HDB or bank loan.

Max HDB loan: 90%.
Max bank loan: 80%

It will based on both income (subject to MSR etc).

And yes of course, both of you can apply for housing grant of $30k (combined) as a married SC couple.
