This can be done quite simply. As HDB regulations require you to sell your private condo within 6 months from taking possession of your HDB, we can plan this out accordingly. Finances portion will need to be sorted out and as long as you have make provisions for it, purchase of HDB can be worked out. The first and foremost thing is to get your condo into shape for sale in order to achieve the best pricing. HDB will have no issue if you fully paid your flat.
