Hi Guru, I intend to rent out my condo, can you advise me the commission structure ? some agent told me when renew the lease I need to pay the same agent the commission and some are not require, kindly advise.

It depends on whether the agreement between you and the agent has that particular clause inside.
The reason why some agents might still charge a service fee upon renewal, is that they could possibly help you to negotiate for a better rental rates based on current marketing prices. There are also some paperwork to be done, but service fee is of course negotiable.

2 yrs lease => 1 month comm
1 yr lease => 1/2 month comm
For renewal after 2 yrs, Yes, the same comm structure applies.
