Hi Guru, I intend to rent out my condo, can you advise me the commission structure ? some agent told me when renew the lease I need to pay the same agent the commission and some are not require, kindly advise.

Hi Lily,

For private condo rental, Commission structure:

2 yrs lease => 1 month comm

1 yr lease => 1/2 month comm

For renewal after 2 yrs, Yes, the same comm structure applies.
