For a 3 bedroom in Orchid Park Condo, we can call for $3.2K to $3.6K. If we rent it out room by room, the common room can call for $900 to $1.2K and the master room we can call for $1.4K and above.

There are definitely pros and cons in renting out room by room vs the whole unit. Maybe I can request for you to drop me an email or a call so that I can share further with you, the concerns of both options.

The highest transaction recorded within the past 6 months was $3700 for a 1733sqf unit. The closest transaction next was $3600 for a 1600sqf unit. There are several listings asking from $3500 upwards currently in the market therefore I'd say that $3500 is a good figure to work on. I am able to assist you in the rental of your unit.
