It is quite unlikely as most of the 3+1 units are asking around $1100 to $1200 psf.

Hi, How about other condo in the vicinity below 1000 psf.
FYI I am a PR and planning to sell my 5 Rm HDB and looking for Condo with <1000 psf at Dairy Farm or at the vicinity. Do you have know any seller?
