Does anyone know where exactly new exits of new downtown line created? Currently, I am looking at condos in Keng Lee road. But, it's bit troublesome to access newton MRT as there's no underground pass. So, I am wondering there's no exit made near Keng Lee or Kampong Java road by the time downtown line is completed in 2015.

Hi BK,

As a homebuyer, it is understandable about your concerns. Nevertheless, we will also need to ask ourselves, upon eliminating the various factors, what are the choices we have left? Many a time, we could be left with not more than 1 or sometimes zero choice.

The key element in househunting for a homebuyer is to shortlist to a general location with allocated purchasing budget. Look at the choices you have on hand and make arrangements to view these choices. Thereafter, create your shortlist of units and work out the pros and cons of each unit. Make concessions to certain conditions if they are not going to disrupt your homestay drastically and make an offer accordingly.
