Hi Guru, Could you please suggest property options for a single SPR (Age-29)? What is the minimum amount (Cash + CPF) required to buy a 1 or 2 bedder?

Take Bartley Ridge NEW LAUNCH for example, 1bedroom would cost around 650K. 2bedroom would cost 900K.
You will have to prepare around 20% of Cash + CPF & Stamp duty of around (3+5)%-5400. (For SPR)
