The recent hype has been in the western part of Singapore due to the announcement of HSR station, where we have seen awesome response to Lake Grande which was launched last month. Blossoms @ Woodleigh, there has also been significant amount of hype with the development of its vicinity, however to break it down to dollar and dollar comparison between these 2 projects will not be so straightforward as it involves a number of non-tangible values. I can only say if I were in your shoes, my personal choice will be going for Blossoms since it is nearer to MRT, therefore more accessible in options for prospective tenants to consider.
