Hi Guru,

Base on the following situation,

1. I have fully paid my hdb and car loan.
2. I have taken Singapore Loan for a Australia property currently rented out
3. I have taken a malaysia loan for a Malaysia property, TOP in Jun 13.

If I am to buy a condo,

1. Is my downpayment 5% cash, 15% CPF? Can I down 20% cash?
2. Will both my Australia and Malaysia property part of the 60% TDSR calculation?
3. Is rental income part of variable income?
