Thirdly, MRT Blue line, I suppose you are referring to Downtown line? The nearest EC to Downtown line would probably be Sol Acres, nearest to Bukit Panjang MRT station.

It depends on which stage of life are you at. If you are at the peak of your earning power, then I will suggest that you upgrade to a EC to reap the future upside potential. However, if you are thinking to retire, then I will suggest that you downgrade from a condo to a HDB to cash out for retirement needs!

If you own a condo, you will have to sell your condo within 6 months from buying a HDB.
