I need some advice regarding change of trade/use. I plan to a rent a hdb commercial shop in the neighbourhood area. The current place the owner has rent out to operate a hair salon.
May i know how to submit change of use to URA or HDB?
what documentation i need?
Should i apply for the change of use/ trade 1st or after sign agreement with deposit?
Is there a service provided by agent to help submit the change of use/trade?
