Both Pier and Inspira are similar developments within Mohd Sultan area.

In terms of general rental yield, I think Pier at Robertson edges slightly. But of course, actual rental depends on the furnishings, length of lease, and the type of tenant profile too.

Hi Sir/Madam,

The Pier is right on top of many F&B and tends to be quite noisy during weekends, especially during big events, like World Cup or Euro Cup.

The Inspira is located at a more quiet environment and if it is on a high floor, then it will have an unblocked view no matter which facing your unit is.
