Hi,
Does anyone here still adhere to the practice of no tenant commission for rental of 3K ?
I am looking for a 2 bedroom condo (need pool) in distict 11 - shelford road area/near botanic gardens MRT area. Max budget 3K.
We are a Filipino PR family with 1 kid (3 years old). I am working in the IT industry, wife will be a homemaker.
Move in date late October.
I am happy to deal with a landlord's agent directly or any agent who take commission from landlord's side.
