Do the experts know how much the newly matured HDB flats will go for come early 2013 in Bedok central for blocks 219a to c ( Linear green i believe) ? I am looking for 4 room flats on high floor. Let me know if you have any idea on what the valuation and COV may be come early 2013. Will there be anything affecting the market making it come down or go up even further.
I know based on HDB website the transacted prices in 2011 was 620k for 4room. Let me know experts!
