Hi, currently staying in the west 5I HDB. Planning to sell off this unit. But I do have 4 rooms instead of the norm of 3 rooms. Will I be able to command a higher price as I have a additional room.

Good morning,

4 bedder unit will attract bigger family group compared to smaller ones as their needs are different. Buyers are also more incline to look at past transaction before they place any offer as many would wanna prevent the need for COV. Condition of your unit, actual location, facing and sizing does play a role in the asking and offered price.
