I own a 1 bedder private condo that has been rented out. The rental period will end in Dec this year. Given the current economy, is it a good time to sell this 1 bedder unit (Bedok) before the rent period is up and buy another 2 bedder in Bukit Timah area? My point is, is this a good time to do so as the rent period is about to end soon or should I wait out the rent period till Dec before selling this one bedder? After which, I can proceed to buy the 2 bedder.
